Webinfosys's Entertainment News :Madonna travels in style!

Just as she's grown as an artist, Madonna's travel style has evolved as well.

Whether she is on a tour, adopting a baby or simply removing her clan from the public eye, the pop star is regularly spotted in far-flung spots.

While visiting Brazil for a concert in 1993, the singer laid her pretty platinum head to rest at Rio de Janeiro's grandest lodging option, the Caesar Park, reports News.com.au

When Madonna married British film director Guy Ritchie in 2000, the celebration was no bijou affair.

The couple chartered jets to fly their guests that included Gwyneth Paltrow, Sting and Stella McCartney into Inverness Airport before heading to Dornoch, Scotland.

The wedding took place at the 19th century Skibo Castle in the rugged Highlands.

The adoption of her son David took Madge back and forth to Malawi. During her visits to the country, she's known to occupy a room at the rustic, family-owned Kumbali Country Lodge in the capital of Lilongwe.

Madonna’s sense of curiosity has taken her to other remote corners of the globe, as well, such as the desert state of Rajahstan, India, earlier this year, where she and her family sampled a smattering of the country's different flavors.

After arriving in Jodhpur from the Maldives, the singer’s crew headed to a heritage hotel in Dechu village and later on to Jaisalmer and Udaipur, before visiting the impoverished areas of Mumbai.

Webinfosys's Entertainment News : Vidya bestowed with vidya

When we called Vidya Balan recently, she was at a dubbing studio, dubbing not for her forthcoming Kismet Konnection but for an ad film instead.

So we told her that we’ll call her up and chat later. But when we called after eight hours, the actor was still in the dubbing studio! Apparently, Vids dubbed for an ad commercial in nine different languages: Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu.

We hear she attempted Oriya, too, but didn’t manage. The girl spent ten hours at the dubbing studio and was at an all-time high. “She prefers dubbing herself, and in fact hates it when someone else has to dub for her,” we are told, “She is amazing at picking up languages and accents and managed to dub for us in as many as nine Indian languages, now that’s something!” Well, after all her name is Vidya, na!

Webinfosys's Entertainment News : Shah Rukh’s tribute to stars of yore

Aditya Chopra is leaving no stone unturned to make his ambitious film, the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer, Rab ne Bana Di Jodi, a grand success. Aditya Chopra has recorded an 11-minute song in the film for one important sequence that will have Sonu Niggaam paying tribute to five yesteryear stars.

Our source says, “Aditya has recorded an 11-minute song in the film which show cases the style of five different generations in one single song. The song tracks the journey from 1950s to the ’90s to the present era and will be picturised on Shah Rukh Khan. Adi had reached a dead end with the song, and had almost scrapped it, when he thought of Sonu.

The specialty of the song? It’s a tribute by SRK to stalwarts like Raj Kapoor, Dev Anand, Shammi Kapoor, Rajesh Khanna and Rishi Kapoor.

Music composers Salim-Suleiman and lyricist Jaideep Sahni were asked to compose the song which would have the first line of the most famous numbers by these romantic icons – involving songs sung by singers like Mukesh, Rafi, Kishore and Jolly Mukherjee. Ranging from the ’50s to the ’90s, the voice had to encompass the spirit of the old and the new equally, and Sonu was the only option. Apparently, Sonu, who was travelling extensively, obliged to rehearse thrice and work on the song and then finally sang in less than 45 minutes. Sonu Niggaam remained unavailable for comment.
